There are two 3D models available for this project: the electronics case that houses the ESP32 and display, and a standalone Clawd figure for display purposes only. Print one or both depending on what you want to build.

Electronics case

File: models/clawd_mochi/clawd_mochi_v1.stl — main case layout with body and back parts. Use the following settings when slicing:
SettingValue
MaterialPLA or PETG
Layer height0.15–0.20 mm
Infill15% gyroid
SupportsYes — for display window overhang
OrientationFace-down, flat back on build plate
Suggested colors: orange PLA for the body, matte black for the back plate.
Test-fit the display in the case before applying any glue. The bezel holes should align with the display mounting points. It’s much easier to adjust before everything is assembled.

3D Clawd (no electronics)

File: models/clawd_3d/Clawd_3D_no_AMS.stl This is a standalone Clawd figure with no screen cutout or electronics cavity — purely for display purposes. No wiring or assembly required beyond printing and optionally painting. Download on MakerWorld: Clawd — Claude Code Mascot
